About us
The DFBL is a keeper league and was founded in 1991. It is based on the game Diamond Mind Baseball which guarantees a realistic simulation for die-hard baseball fans. Each season is being played with the latest stats from the original Major League season and the newest version of DMB (currently 12b). The DFBL contains of 24 teams with fantasy names while the original players are being used. We play with a 162-game schedule, there's a yearly draft (end of January) and trades whenever you like. The game itself will be either played face-to-face, online or with the computer profile.
Our main goal in the league is having fun! Watch "your" players develop, draft and trade the players you like and play a realistic game with a lot of stats.
The DFBL always welcomes new interested managers, who prefer a simulation baseball game over an action-oriented game that doesn't provide real stats.
